2012 NFL Free Agency: Jaguars Sign Wide Receiver Lee Evans, According To Reports

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Jacksonville Jaguars have signed former Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Lee Evans.

Evans, 31, was once one of the best deep threats in the NFL, posting 1,000-yard seasons in 2006 and 2008 with the Bills. 2011 was his only season with the Baltimore Ravens where he struggled through injuries and a lack of playing time. In just nine games (two starts) he made just four receptions for 74 yards.

Evans has an impressive 15.8 yards per reception for his career with 43 touchdowns. He was taken 13th overall by the Bills in the 2004 NFL Draft.
