Newly signed Jacksonville Jaguars defensive back Aaron Ross has been permitted by the team to miss a portion of training camp to watch his wife run in London, England. Ross' wife, Sanya Richards-Ross, is a gold medal winning Olympic relay runner and will be trying to win her first individual medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Before signing with the Jaguars, Ross asked Jaguars general manager Gene Smith and head coach Mike Mularkey about the possibility about attending the London games to watch his wife compete. "...Speaks volumes about what they're trying to preach here," Ross told the Associated Press.
