A hopeful for making the Jacksonville Jaguars roster in 2012 may have seen his dream derailed, as defensive end Odrick Ray was arrested Friday night in Tulsa, Oklahoma for having outstanding traffic warrants.
Ray was pulled over for speeding and not having his seat belt on, but when police discovered he had numerous other warrants, he was taken into custody.
After playing four seasons at Tulsa, Ray was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2011 with the Jags, but was released at the conclusion of the preseason. He was given another chance to crack the squad in 2012, but after this arrest, it would seem to be impossible.
