Jaguars Sign Gijon Robinson, Release Naufahu Tahi

The Jacksonville Jaguars made a couple of minor moves at the conclusion of camp activity on Friday, signing tight end Gijon Robinson and releasing fullback Naufauh Tahi.

Robinson was a member of the Indianapolis Colts from 2008-2010, where he played in 39 games while making 26 starts. In his career, he has made 31 receptions for 240 yards and one touchdown. He received a tryout with the Detroit Lions prior to the 2011 season, but was released shortly before the season.

Tahi told head coach Mike Mularkey that he was leaving camp to attend to a "personal family issue" and the team issued his release shortly after. Tahi played for the Minnesota Vikings from 2006-2010, and was a long shot to make the Jags this year.
