After spending his offseason in California training in Mixed Martial Arts with Fox analist Jay Glazer, Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Marcedes Lewis is still "out of shape" according to head coach Mike Mularkey.
It was reported that Lewis was able to make some good catches, but his current physical condition did not impress Mularkey, who was expecting to see more polished performace as camp began.
Lewis is coming off the worst year of his six-year NFL career where he failed to pull in a single touchdown after hauling in 10 scores in 2010. Mularkey does believe that Lewis will be able to get in shape by the time camp ends.
