The Jacksonville Jaguars got one bit of good news on Thursday, with the return of wide receiver Laurent Robinson to practice. He was suspected to have a concussion, but has been cleared to play. Unfortunately, the Jaguars are going to be missing a couple of defensive players for the near future.
Mularkey says Austen lane prob out 2 weeks w/foot sprain and Daryl Smith (groin) will miss a week. Laurent Robinson back @ practice

Lane is competing for time at defensive end and will almost certainly be frustrated with his injury, but he shouldn't miss more than one preseason game. At linebacker, Brandon Marshall should have some more opportunities to play in the absence of Smith.
