Zach Miller Injury: Jaguars TE Out 'Couple Of Weeks'

Zach Miller has gotten beaten and bruised all preseason, and it looks like a calf injury sustained in Thursday's 48-17 loss to the Ravens will sideline him for a couple of weeks.

Fans are expecting quite a bit from the big tight end, but Miller's preseason has been riddled with time spent on the sidelines recovering from injuries. He slightly tore his pectoral muscle on August 9, and was injured just three plays after returning from that.

Miller was knocked out of the game against the Ravens in the second quarter and had to be carted off the field. He finished the game with one catch for two yards.

Health has been an issue for Miller as he has played in just 19 games over the past two seasons, missing all but four games last year due to injury. Miller's time as a backup will be filled by both Colin Cloherty and Matt Veldman, who have had solid showings in training camp.
