Clint Session Injury: Jaguars LB Could Go To IR

Jaguars linebacker Clint Session, who's still on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list with continued concussion struggles, could be out for the 2012 season:

Session, a fourth-round pick of the Indianapolis Colts in 2007, joined Jacksonville prior to the 2011 season and played in nine games (six starts), making 19 total tackles. He's undersized for an NFL linebacker at just 5-10 and 222 pounds, which may contribute to health concerns.

The Jaguars cut down to 75 players Saturday, but Session did not count against the 75 because he's on the PUP list. If the Jaguars do decide to place Session on Injured Reserve, it would clear a roster spot so Jacksonville could add depth.
