After a terrible start to the game for the Jaguars that included a lost fumble on the first offensive play and a touchdown allowed on the first defensive play of the game to fall behind by seven early. However, after the rough start the Jacksonville defense settled in and a 14-yard touchdown run by Jalen Parmele late in the first half tied the game 7-7.
Following a lost fumble on the first play, Blaine Gabbert and the starting offense for the Jaguars stayed in for two more drives. While the first stalled, the second drive lasted for 18-plays as the team methodically drove the field. However, the drive ended when a Gabbert throw intended for Laurent Robinson fell incomplete on a 4th & goal from the 1-yard line.
The sole injury for the Jaguars was an ankle injury for Uche Nwaneri, but early indications are that the injury for the starting guard isn't very serious.
