Jaguars Vs. Falcons Final Score: Jacksonville Overcomes Gabbert's Early Mistake, Tops Atlanta 24-14

Blaine Gabbert's early fumble put the Jacksonville Jaguars in a hole early, but the Jaguars rebounded, scoring 17 points in the second half to walk away from their final preseason game with a 24-14 victory over the Atlanta Falcons.

Gabbert's fumble occurred on the first play from scrimmage, giving the Falcons the ball at their own 5-yard line, which they quickly converted into a touchdown. The Jaguars were able to hold the Falcons to those seven points in the first half and went into the locker room for halftime tied 7-7.

Chad Henne replaced Gabbert in the second half and got things going for Jacksonville quickly, connecting with Kevin Elliott for a 77-yard touchdown strike to cap a 99-yard, four-play drive.

Despite giving up a long touchdown reception to Atlanta in the third quarter, Jacksonville used a 10-point fourth quarter to put the game out of reach of the Falcons.
