Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jared Allen says the replacement officials cost him a sack against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1. Allen got to Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert on one play, but the officials ruled he was offside. Allen believes otherwise:
"I moved, but I didn't think I broke the neutral zone before the ball was snapped," Allen told ESPN in an interview.

Allen went on to add that he feels he might have gotten the benefit of the doubt from the league's regular officials. He was otherwise shut out against Jacksonville, limited by Jaguars left tackle Eugene Monroe.
Allen had 22 sacks in 2011.
