Derek Cox Injury: Jaguars CB Doubtful Against Vikings

As the Jacksonville Jaguars prepare to open the season against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, it appears they'll be without cornerback Derek Cox ,who is still battling a nagging hamstring injury and has been listed as "doubtful" according Alfie Crow of Big Cat Country:

Cox has been out of action for a few weeks dealing with a hamstring injury missing much of the NFL preseason. The cornerback position, while deep, is becoming thin like the linebacker position as the team is trying to get players healthy.

Cox was injured in the Jaguars' preseason opener on Aug. 10 against the New York Giants, a game in which Jacksonville won, 32-31.
