For the first time since Week 1, Rams running back Steven Jackson was not listed on the injury report as St. Louis prepares to face the Dolphins on Sunday.
Jackson is yet to miss a game this season, despite a groin injury that has forced him to miss a number of practices. He is coming off his highest rushing total of the season and appears to be the healthiest he has been since training camp.
While Jackson is healthy, a few key players did not practice for St. Louis. After suffering a shoulder injury last week against Arizona, wide receiver Danny Amendola did not practice on Wednesday. Starting left tackle Rodger Saffold, who has missed the last three games with a knee injury, also missed practice on Wednesday.
In addition to Amendola and Saffold, fullback Brit Miller and linebacker Mario Haggan also sat out Wednesday with injuries. Miller has an ankle injury, while Haggan missed practice with a thigh injury.
