The Miami Dolphins (2-3) are looking to get back to .500 against the St. Louis Rams at Sun Life Stadium on Sunday. The Miami Dolphins have won nine of the 11 all-time games against the Rams, including the last two in 2008 and 2004. The 2008 game was won by a final score of 16-12.
The Dolphins enter this game coming off a 17-13 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals last Saturday. In that game, rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill completed 17-of-26 passes for 223 yards. Though he was held without a passing TD, running backs Reggie Bush and Daniel Thomas both scored touchdowns, despite the running game gaining only 68 yards on 35 total carries.
The Rams enter this game coming off a 17-3 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. Quarterback Sam Bradford completed a mere 7-of-21 passes for 141 yards, but two of those completions were touchdowns. Running back Steven Jackson ran for 76 yards on 18 carries, averaging 4.2 yards per carry.
