Dolphins vs. Cardinals: Miami leads 13-0 at half

The Miami Dolphins are in control of their game against the Arizona Cardinals, and lead 13-0 at the half. The Dolphins defense has held the Cardinals to only 68 yards of total offense in the first half, and have sacked Kevin Kolb three times. Sean Smith intercepted Kolb for the game's only turnover so far. Ryan Tannehill is an impressive 15-21 for 219 yards through the first 30 minutes, with 110 of those yards going to Brian Hartline.

Dan Carpenter has a pair of short field goals, and the only touchdown of the half is courtesy of Dolphins fullback/wrecking ball Jorvorskie Lane, who rumbled into the end zone from one yard out while completely paving a poor Cardinals defensive back. Observe:

The Cardinals offense has yet to find any rhythm at all. Ryan Williams and William Powell have combined for only 20 yards on the ground. They will have to pick up their production in that area if they want to get back into the game.
