The Miami Dolphins (4-9) and interim coach Todd Bowles take on the Buffalo Bills (5-8) Sunday, and having his starting quarterback healthy and able to play would certainly boost Bowles' chances of earning a road victory.
Dolphins signal caller Matt Moore had to leave last week's game against the Eagles with what was described as a head and neck injury, but reports indicate Moore will start this week against the Bills. Which is good news for fantasy football owners, as Buffalo's defense and season have gone in the tank in the past month and a half. Moore burned the Bills in Week 11, completing 14 of 20 passes for 160 yards and three touchdowns. The Bills defense ranks 23rd in the league in yards allowed (363.5) and 26th overall in points allowed (26.2).
The fantasy football projection site numberFire ranks Moore as the 21st best option at quarterback this weekend. The Miami QB's projected stats: 17.14/28.85, 201.02 yds, 1.16 TDs, 0.92 INTs for 12.44 points.
For the season, Moore has completed 61.6 percent of his passes for 1,864 yards, 10 touchdowns and six interceptions.
