Dolphins Vs. Patriots Score Update: Miami Takes 17-0 Lead To Halftime

The Miami Dolphins have seen a resurgence since quarterback Matt Moore has been inserted into the line up. Early on, the Dolphins were able to take a 3-0 lead over the New England Patriots in the first quarter. In the second quarter however, the Dolphins offense put it in another gear and scored 14 points to put it on the Pats.

Early in the second quarter, Moore was able to connect with wide receiver Brandon Marshall to cap off a scoring drive for a 19-yard touchdown, increasing the Dolphins lead to 10-0. Later on in the second quarter, Moore connected on his second touchdown pass, this time to fullback/tight end Charles Clay from 1-yard out.

The Dolphins defense has put the pressure on Tom Brady, who's dealing with an injury ravaged offensive line. At halftime, Brady was just 10 of 24 on his passes for only 128 yards. Meanwhile, Matt Moore was over 200 yards passing with two touchdowns.
