The tweet comes just as the free agency period is set to begin Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. The Dolphins have been regarded as one of the possible landing sites for Manning. The Dolphins are hoping that Manning's experience against the AFC East will help their fortunes going forward to gain a leg up against teams like the New England Patriots.
