Marvin Lewis: No 'Downside' For Miami In Signing of Chad Ochocinco

Marvin Lewis coached wide receiver Chad Ochocinco, the latest member of the Miami Dolphins, for eight seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals from 2003 through 2010. And according to Lewis, the wideout's new one-year deal with Miami should turn out rather well. In short, there aren't many negatives for either side.

"There is no downside for them," the Bengals coach told reporters on Tuesday, "and I know he would be excited about that opportunity"

Ochocinco, who will wear No. 85 for Miami, had 15 receptions for 276 yards while playing for the New England Patriots last season before being cut by the team last week at OTAs. It was reportedly an amicable separation.

The Dolphins inked the six-time Pro Bowler to a deal on Tuesday.
