Dolphins Training Camp News: Lamar Miller Cleared For Contact

The Miami Dolphins were finally able to get their first look at rookie Lamar Miller, who was finally allowed to practice with the team for the first time on Sunday.

Miller, who played in college for the Miami Hurricanes, was sidelined during OTA's and contact drills during the very beginning of training camp with a shoulder injury. The fourth round pick that the Dolphins traded up to get impressed many of his teammates including cornerback Sean Smith who told the Miami Herald:

"Lamar Miller has great vision for a running back," he said. "Every day he (breaks) at least one (good run)."

Miller is expected to contribute immediately as a kick returner, and third in the running back depth chart behind Reggie Bush and Daniel Thomas.
