Chad Ochocinco To Wed On The Fourth Of July, Wants To Play Football At 40

Last month, free agent wide receiver Chad Ochocinco inked a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins. This month, the former All-Pro wideout is getting hitched. On Wednesday, he'll tie the knot with his fiancée, Basketball Wives starlet Evelyn Lozada. The two will participate in a ceremony on the island of St. Martin with more than 300 guests in attendance. It is also being filmed as a part of a VH1 Reality TV series named "Eve and Ocho."

"Evelyn hates that I'm so sociable. Too accessible," Ochocinco said in an interview with the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

He'll also be on HBO's Hard Knocks this fall, the NFL Films television series that'll follow the Miami Dolphins during training camp.

Perhaps most significant for the Dolphins' future, the 34-year-old Ochocinco plans to play until he reaches 40.

"I'm going to play 'til I'm 40 years old, and this year I'm going to show the world I can," he also told the Sun-Sentinel. "There is physically nothing wrong with me. I want to race Clyde [Gates] right now. I've asked him. I've still got it. I'm a lot smarter and I'm still fast."

We'll see.
