Jared Odrick Wants To Make Pro Bowl For Dolphins

Defensive tackle Jared Odrick is coming off a season where he recorded six sacks. His goal for this season is to make the Pro Bowl.

In what was, essentially, his rookie season after playing only one game in 2010, he recorded 22 total tackles, a forced fumble and an interception. Miami Dolphins blog The Finsiders, believes a Pro Bowl selection is well within the realm of possibility, due to the Dolphins changing to a 4-3 defensive system.

With the switch to a 4-3, the young defensive end should get more action, primarily at defensive end but also at tackle in obvious passing situations.

Odrick is not expected to play much in the Dolphins' preseason finale against the Dallas Cowboys. The Dolphins open up their season on the road against the Houston Texans on Sunday Sept. 9.
