Dolphins Vs. Cowboys Score Update: Miami Trails Dallas 20-6 At Halftime

The Miami Dolphins trail the Dallas Cowboys, 20-6, at halftime of their final preseason game. Ryan Tannehill saw limited action in the first quarter, going 6-for-8 for 41 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions. Matt Moore has handled the rest of the snaps, going 3-for-10 for 34 yards with no touchdowns and one interception, a pick-six in the second quarter.

Daniel Thomas leads Miami in rushing for the half, taking five carries for 31 yards. Steve Slaton isn't far behind, with four carries for 22 yards, and Lamar Miller has collected three touches for 5 yards.

Olivier Vernon and Jamaal Westerman both picked up half a sack in the first half, and placekicker Dan Carpenter made a play on special teams. Dallas' Teddy Williams fumbled a kickoff, and it was Carpenter who came up with the ball. In addition to the fumble recovery, Carpenter is 2-for-2 on field goals.
