Both the Oakland Raiders and Miami Dolphins had not-so-promising starts to their 2012 NFL campaigns last weekend. Miami was pummeled by the Houston Texans, 30-10, while the Raiders fell to the San Diego Chargers, 22-14.

Both teams will be looking for redemption, and their first victory of the season when they meet on Sunday at Sun Life Stadium in Miami.

Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill will look to bounce back from an underwhelming NFL debut against the Texans. The rookie completed 20 of his 36 passes and threw for 219 yards, but he also had three interceptions with no touchdowns and was sacked three times in the game.

Tannehill posted a quarterback rating of of 39.0, second-worst all-time by a Dolphin since 2007.

Miami also rushed for just 79 yards against Houston while having the ball for almost 10 minutes less than their opponent and fumbled three times, losing one.

To add to the troubles in the ground game, the Dolphins may be without running back Daniel Thomas who suffered a concussion last Sunday.

Game Date/Time: Sunday, Sept. 16 at 1 p.m. ET

TV: CBS, DirecTV channel 711
