Heat vs. Bobcats: Game time, TV schedule and more

Miami prepares for its last road game of the preseason.

Steve Mitchell-US PRESSWIRE

For the last time this preseason, the Miami Heat will take their show on the road. Their opponent will be the Charlotte Bobcats, who had the worst record in the NBA last season.

In Miami's last game, LeBron James sat out due to general soreness. It is unclear if he will play on Tuesday.

Stepping up in James' absence was Rashard Lewis, who had a team-high 15 points in a 104-101 win over the San Antonio Spurs. It was Miami's third win of the preseason.

After winning their first preseason game, the Bobcats have dropped their last four. Their last setback was an 85-80 loss to the Detroit Pistons. In that game Tyrus Thomas had 14 points and 16 rebounds for the Bobcats.

A season ago, Miami beat Charlotte in all three regular season games they played.

Tip-off for Tuesday's game is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET. The game can be seen locally in Florida on Sun Sports.
