Miami Heat Visit Minnesota Timberwolves: Game 4 Preview

The undefeated Miami Heat (3-0) visit the winless Minnesota Timberwolves (0-2) tonight in Minneapolis.

The Miami Heat will be visiting the Minnesota Timberwolves in Minneapolis at the Target Center tonight. It's the only meeting this season between the two clubs. For the Timberwolves this is the first game of a five game homestand. They go on to face the Dallas Mavericks, the San Antonio Spurs and the Memphis Grizzlies before finishing up next Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. For Miami, this is the second game of a two game road trip. They won in Charlotte against the Bobcats, 96-95 on Wednesday night on a last minute shot by Dwyane Wade.

The last time the two teams met was April Fools Day. Miami won by 19 to send the Timberwolves to their ninth consecutive loss. Dwyane Wade led the Heat with 32, While Chris Bosh had 24 points with 11 rebounds and LeBron James also tallied a double double with 27 points and 10 assists. Martell Webster led the Timberwolves with 22 points off the bench.

Miami has won their first three games of the season, most recently a 96-95 victory in Charlotte against the Bobcats on Wednesday night. LeBron James led the Heat with 35, while Chris Bosh pitched in 25 in the victory. Gerald Henderson led the Bobcats with 21 points.

Minnesota is still looking for their first victory of the season. In their last game, they lost to the Milwaukee Bucks 98-95 on Tuesday night. Kevin Love led the TWolves with 31 points and 20 rebounds.
