Heat Vs. Hawks Score Update: Miami Leads Atlanta At Half, Looks To Remain Undefeated

After one half in Miami, the undefeated Miami Heat lead the Atlanta Hawks 50-47 at American Airlines Arena. The Heat are looking to improve to 6-0 in this first week of the season. LeBron James leads all scorers with 14 points on a smooth six of nine from the floor. Chris Bosh had 11 while Dwyane Wade chipped in with nine for Miami.

Rookie sensation Norris Cole came off the bench to help out with nine points. Cole has been a huge hit at AA Arena at this early stage of the season. The Hawks, however, stayed in the game on some hot shooting from the floor, as they were better than 50% from the floor in the first 24 minutes. The Heat can step up the defensive pressure in the second half to remain undefeated.
