Heat Vs. Knicks Score Update: Miami Leads 46-44 At The Half

The Miami Heat are grinding their way toward a much needed win, as they hold a 46-44 lead over the New York Knicks at halftime at Madison Square Garden.

After a hot first quarter where the Heat outscored the Knicks 29-22, New York was able to put the clamps down defensively, taking the lead for a good chunk of the second quarter before a late Heat run allowed them to take the lead back.

LeBron James lead the Heat with 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting. Dwyane Wade is right behind with 15 points. For the Knicks, Carmello Anthony has put in a stellar first half performance, scoring 22 points on 7-of-13 shooting. He will need more help from his teammates if the Knicks want to pull out the win.
