The Miami Heat rebounded from a loss to the Memphis Grizzlies by dominating the Detroit Pistons on Sunday. The Heat had a double-digit lead by halftime and cruised in the second half to the easy 98-75 victory. LeBron James once again let Miami in scoring with 26 points, while James Jones picked up 18 points off the bench, on six three-pointers. Chris Bosh nearly had a double-double with 22 points and nine rebounds in the game.
Detroit struggled to put points on the scoreboard and keep up with the Heat, shooting just 3-for-19 from three-point range. Brandon Knight led the Pistons in scoring with 16 points and five rebounds. Rodney Stuckey and Greg Monroe also added 11 points each on the night.
