2012 NBA Playoffs, Heat Vs. Celtics Game 7 Score Update: Miami Down 53-46 At Halftime

Trailing by four points following the first 12 minutes, the Miami Heat had a chance to narrow the gap and make a run. No run, however, happened, and at halftime of Game 7, Miami trails by a score of 53-46 to the visiting Boston Celtics. Making things rather difficult: both LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have struggled a bit scoring-wise.

The tandem, though combining for 25 points, had just six field goals compared to four turnovers. James, who had 30 points at halftime of Game 6, has 14 points. Wade has 9. The other member of the "Big Three," Chris Bosh has come off the bench to chip in with nine points on 4-for-6 shooting.

Meanwhile, the Celtics have been led by Brandon Bass and Paul Pierce, who finished with 14 and 13 points, respectively.
