Virginia Tech vs. Miami 2012: Game time, TV schedule, odds and more

Miami will host Virginia Tech on Thursday in a battle between ACC opponents.

Joel Auerbach

The Miami Hurricanes look to snap their three-game losing streak when they face Virginia Tech on Thursday. Both teams enter the matchup at 4-4 on the season, but the Hurricanes hold a half-game lead over the Hokies in the ACC Coastal Division standings.

Miami's most recent losses came against the Florida St. Seminoles, North Carolina Tar Heels and Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The last time the Hurricanes won a game was Sept. 29 against N.C. State. Miami quarterback Stephen Morris is completing just 57.6 percent of his passes and has thrown for 2,214 yards, 10 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

Virginia Tech lost to Clemson last week. A win against Miami would give the Hokies a half-game lead over Miami. A loss would put the Hokies' record below .500.

Take a look at the game time, TV schedule and betting odds for Thursday's game:

Game time: 7:30 p.m. ET

TV: ESPN

Odds: The Hokies are a two-point favorite to beat the Hurricanes.
