Two Florida teams are in action on the college hardwood on Friday night. The Miami Hurricanes will play their first game since Dec. 1 when they beat the Massachusetts Minutemen, 75-62, to bump their record up to 5-1 this season.

On Friday, they will host the Charlotte 49ers. The 49ers enter this game undefeated on the season as well as playing more recently, winning 78-66 over the Central Michigan Chippewas Dec. 8.

Tip-off for this game is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET at the BankUnited Center in Coral Gables, Fla.

Local television coverage of the game will be provided by Fox Sports South. The game will be streamed live on ESPN3.com and radio coverage of the game will be on WQAM 560.

The other Florida team in action is the Central Florida Knights. They travel to Norfolk, Va., to face the struggling Old Dominion Moncarchs. The Knights enter the game on a two-game winning streak, having defeated the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats, 72-62, on Wednesday.

The Monarchs, on the other hand, are in a free-fall having lost seven games in a row to put their record at 1-8. Their last game was an 83-70 loss to the Va. Commonwealth Rams Dec. 7.

The game is scheduled for a 7 p.m. ET tip-off from Old Dominion's Constant Convocation Center.
