Miami Vs. NC State Final Score: Hurricanes Go Down 77-73

The Miami Hurricanes held a 36-34 over the N.C. State Wolfpack at halftime, but just couldn't hold on to their lead as it slipped away and the Hurricanes went down 77-73 to fall to 8-7 in the ACC. The Wolfpack took the lead in the second half and the Hurricanes made a late surge to pull within three points in the final seconds of the game but the Hurricanes just couldn't sink their shots late in the game. Rion Brown led the Hurricanes in scoring with 15 points while Durand Scott picked up a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

For the Wolfpack, C.J. Leslie led the way in scoring with 21 points and 11 rebounds for a double-double. Lorenzo Brown picked up 19 points while Scott Wood picked up 15 points. With the win, N.C. State improve to 8-7 in ACC play.
