The Miami Marlins have struggled hitting the ball out of the gate to open the season, and it won't get much easier in their second game of the series against the Cincinnati Reds. The Marlins will take on Mat Latos as they try to plate some runs, picking up only two runs in the first two games of the season combined, with a combined record of 0-2.

The Marlins will bring out Ricky Nolasco to try to hold down the Reds lineup while the Marlins try to score some runs. Jose Reyes is the only Marlins players so far in the season with more than one hit, with three singles, while Hanley Ramirez and Giancarlo Stanton are a combined 0 for 16 with six strikeouts.

Starting Pitchers:

Miami: Nolasco (0-0, 0.00 ERA)
Cincinnati: Latos (0-0, 0.00 ERA)

Game Time: 7:10 PM ET, April 7, 2012
