Marlins Vs. Reds Preview: Marlins Hope To Take Series From Reds If Offense Continues

After a disappointing loss opening their new stadium, the Miami Marlins bounced back on Saturday with a victory over the Cincinatti Reds. Giancarlo Stanton had three hits and batted in three runs, and Omar Infante, Hanley Ramirez and John Buck added three home runs to top the Reds 8-3. They're looking for their strong pitching to continue and hoping their offense has found its feet rather than flashed in the pan.

Carlos Zambrano will make his first start for Miami. He's looking for a fresh start with the Marlins, after a disappointing few years with the Cubs, posting a 29-20 record in his final three years with the club. Bronson Arroyo will be throwing for the Reds, and they hope that he looks more like his 17-win 2010 self than his 9-12, 5.07 ERA 2011 self. They may have hope there, as he gave up only 1 run in six and one-third innings in his final spring training game.
