Miami Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen dealt with a lot of public backlash and a suspension for his comments about Fidel Castro early last month. For the most part, the backlash has subsided a bit and quite a few people have forgotten about it.
Paul Gallant of Sports Radio 610 in Houston recently asked Guillen if the backlash from his comments had cooled down back in Miami, as the Marlins were playing a series against the Houston Astros on Monday. Ozzie wasn't too happy with the question.
Gallant posted audio of the response on YouTube, which you can listen to after the jump. Fair warning, the comment contains clear and vulgar language that is not bleeped out (h/t Awful Announcing).
Gallant wasn't upset with Ozzie's response, but one would think Guillen might cool it a bit given he's already been suspended once this season for his comments.
I love Ozzie Guillen. Dude is fiery and passionate. I'm legit honored that he told me to f*ck off today when I asked him bt Castro comments
