Phillies Vs. Marlins: Miami Looks To Maintain Recent Dominance Of Philadelphia

The Miami Marlins will take the field Saturday afternoon at Marlins Park looking to beat the Philadelphia Phillies and win three straight games for the first time since the last week of May. The Marlins have won three straight overall against Philadelphia.

Mark Buehrle (6-8, 3.55) will be on the hill for Miami. Buehrle has lost two straight games to the Phillies, allowing seven runs and three home runs over 11 1/3 innings in those contests.

Cole Hamels (10-3, 3.03 ERA) will take the mound against Miami. Hamels has dominated the rest of the league, but struggled against Miami, going 0-2 with a 6.00 ERA versus the Marlins this year.

The Marlins have struggled in June, amassing just a 7-18 in the month, but three of those wins have come courtesy of Philadelphia.

First pitch is scheduled for 4:10 p.m. EST from Marlins Park in Miami.
