Marlins Vs. Cubs Preview: Mark Buehrle Looking For Fifth Straight Win

On June 19, Mark Buehrle allowed six runs to the Red Sox in five innings and earned his eighth loss of the season. He has since won four consecutive starts, including a shut down of the National League's best team, the Washington Nationals, in his last start on Saturday.

In order to continue his streak of success, Buehrle will have to best Paul Maholm in the finale of a three-game series between the Marlins and Cubs. Maholm is coming off a strong win of his own when he held the Diamondbacks to just one run in seven innings on Friday.

If the Marlins could get the win they'd take the series two games to one after the Cubs won game two 5-1 on Wednesday. The Marlins took the opener 9-5.

The first pitch at Wrigley Field will be thrown at 2:20 p.m. and will be televised on Fox Sports Florida and CSN-Chicago.
