The Miami Marlins will look to avoid a sweep at the hands of the red-hot Pittsburgh Pirates Sunday, however they will have to do it without the services of Hanley Ramirez who is yet again being held out of the lineup with a hand infection.
Anibal Sanchez will take the mound for the Marlins, who will try to get a rare win for a road team at PNC Park, as the Pirates have a MLB-best 33-14 mark at home in 2012. He will be opposed by Jeff Karstens, who is coming off a no-decision in his last start against the Colorado Rockies back on Monday where he allowed four earned runs in seven innings.
