Ken Stone was originally set to take on Francisco Rivera on Friday night at UFC on FX 4 in a bantamweight bout, but the Coconut Creek, Fla. native will now take on Dustin "The Disciple" Pague. Rivera was forced to pull out of the match with an undisclosed injury. Pague, a cast member of "The Ultimate Fighter 14" is coming off a submission win over Jared Papazian at UFC on FX 3 and accepted the fight on short notice.
Stone, a member of American Top Team, is coming off a submission win over Donny Walker at UFC Fight Night 25. Originally preparing for Rivera, who's predominantly a striker, Stone will now need to switch gears and get ready for a more well rounded fighter as eight of Pague's 11 wins have come by submission.
This will be Stone's third fight in the UFC, splitting his last two match ups.
