Magic Vs. Celtics: Orlando Looks To Stay Hot

The Magic and Celtics clash for the first of two games between the teams this week.

The Orlando Magic will look for their seventh win in eight games on Monday night when they travel to face the Boston Celtics at 7:30 p.m. at TD Garden. The game will be broadcast on NBATV.

The Magic (11-4) are coming off a convincing 92-80 win against the Los Angeles Lakers last Friday at home. It was a big night for center Dwight Howard, who scored 21 points and grabbed 23 rebounds to lead the team in both categories.

The Celtics (6-9), meanwhile, have had a tough start to the season but have won two of their past three games and downed Washington 100-94 on the road Sunday. Paul Pierce had a double-double of 34 points and 10 assists to go with eight rebounds in that game.

This will be the first meeting between the two squads this season, but they'll clash again very soon when Boston returns the visit to Orlando on Thursday.
