Magic Vs. Wizards Preview: Orlando Hopes To Get Back In The Win Column

The Orlando Magic are trying to get back in the win column. On Wednesday, they will host the struggling Washington Wizards.

The Orlando Magic will hope to right the ship on Wednesday night as they host the visiting Washington Wizards. If Orlando wants to start turning things around, they will have no better opportunity than against a Washington team that ranks among the very worst in the league.

The Magic, as of late, have looked to be in danger of having the Wizards be their contemporaries before long. Orlando has lost six of their last eight and have lost four straight entering Wednesday's game, looking hopelessly lost in each of those contests. The rumors are swirling about discontent behind the scenes and the players beginning to tune out head coach Stan Van Gundy. If the wins don't start coming, things will only get worse.

According to Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel, the Magic will be attempting to pull off the win with depleted ranks. Per Van Gundy, both Jason Richardson (knee) and Jameer Nelson (concussion) will miss the game against the Wizards due to injuries.

Wednesday's game will begin at 7:00 PM ET at the Amway Center in Orlando and will air on Sun Sports.
