The Orlando Magic continue their search for a new General Manager to replace the recently fired Otis Smith. The initial reports centered around a dalliance with Shaquille O'Neal, but any rumors of the former Magic center taking a front office position were quickly put to rest. Now a list of more serious candidates is emerging, and Ken Berger of CBS reports that former Portland Trail Blazers' GM Kevin Pritchard has been contacted by the Magic. Via @KBergCBS:
Add another name to the #Magic's list of GM candidates. Orlando has reached out to Pacers executive Kevin Pritchard, league source says.

Pritchard was the General Manager in Portland from 2007 to 2010, when he was unceremoniously pushed out the door the week of the Draft. He spent last season with the Pacers, and is often cited as a top candidate for vacant GM positions.
