Magic GM Search: Orlando Interviewing Former New Orleans Hornets GM Jeff Bower

The Orlando Magic are moving full speed ahead in trying to find a new general manager. According to a tweet by CBSSports.com NBA Insider Ken Berger, Magic CEO Alex Martins is interviewing former New Orleans Hornets general manager Jeff Bower.

Bower was the general manager of the Hornets from 2005 to 2010. During that time he instrumented several trades and signings that helped the Hornets rebuild after Hurricane Katrina. The Hornets wound up with players like Chris Paul, Tyson Chandler, Peja Stojakovic and David West on their roster, making the playoffs in the 2007-08 and 2008-09 seasons, winning a division title in the former season.
