With the Brooklyn Nets out of the equation, the Dallas Mavericks are now said to be on top of Dwight Howard's wish list. In fact, Ric Bucher of ESPN says that the Mavericks are the only team on Howard's list after the Nets' deal for Joe Johnson took them out of the running.

The Orlando Magic are trying to trade the disgruntled forward. Howard has one year left on his contract after agreeing to pick up the option on it. There are other teams said to be interested in Howard, including the Lakers and the Rockets.
