Your Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed guard Keydrick Vincent to a two-year contract, giving the Bucs another interior lineman with nine years in the league. The 32-year-old Vincent started for the Carolina Panthers for the past two seasons.

Reports say the two-year deal is worth $4.5 million, a hefty price for a backup, so he may start ahead of Jeremy Zuttah, or at least push him a bit.

Buc 'Em notes that it could be a response to recent actions by Donald Penn, who may be gearing for a hold-out, and at the very least, the Buccaneers may be worried about the offensive line.

Steve White likes the move for the O-line, but says it shows the Bucs are not in a youth movement, but a money-saving movement.
