Tight ends might be a fantasy football enigma from time to time, but in 2012, your best bet to get some semblance of security from the position might lie with Jimmy Graham, who tops SB Nation's list of fantasy prospects at the TE spot.

Graham caught the third-most passes in the NFL last season, hauling in 99 passes 1,310 yards and 11 touchdowns. His 11 scores nearly doubled his previous career touchdown total of six.

Jacksonville's Marcedes Lewis appears on the preseason rankings as well, landing at No. 18. Lewis caught 39 balls last season for 460 yards, but was unable to register a touchdown in 2012, which significantly impacts his fantasy value potential.

The Atlanta veteran Tony Gonzalez also appears on the list at No. 11, while New Englands Rob Gronkowski (No. 2), San Diego's Antonio Gates (No. 3) and Green Bay's Jermichael Finley (No. 4) round out the top four.

There are some concerns surrounding Jones-Drew's fantasy prospects, though:

Jones-Drew's average draft position on NFL.com is the second round (11.92), but I wouldn't be shocked if he falls into the later stages of that round. I've even seen him fall into the third round in some mock drafts. At this point, it depends on how much of a risk you're willing to take and where you're willing to take it. If you don't buy into the trend of holdout running backs (Ex. Chris Johnson, Steven Jackson, Larry Johnson) getting hurt or experiencing a decrease in numbers, then Jones-Drew is worth a first- or second-round pick.

Elsewhere in ESPN's rankings, Tampa Bay's Doug Martin checks in at No. 33, while LeGarrette Blount is No. 46. The Dolphins' Reggie Bush checks in at No. 22.

Vincent Jackson is a risky pick in fantasy football this year, but he could provide big dividends to owners who gamble on him.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers added a new wide receiver over the offseason, and one who could be a difference-maker for the Buccaneers, in the form of Vincent Jackson.

Jackson has enjoyed quite a bit of success as a member of the Chargers, exceeding 1,097 yards receiving in three of the last four seasons, with the off-year coming in 2010, when Jackson played in just five games. Consequently, Jackson has consistently been a dangerous fantasy wide receiver.

That tune could change in 2012, however. Jackson's success has been enabled by having a very good quarterback in Philip Rivers throwing him the football, as well as an excellent tight end in Antonio Gates. There's no guarantee that Jackson and Josh Freeman will develop a rapport immediately.

Consequently, FakeTeams.com, SB Nation's fantasy blog, ranks Jackson as the No. 29 wide receiver this year, which means he's a WR2, or WR3, depending on how deep your league is. Certainly, there's some upside, and Jackson's numbers could easily surpass those ranked ahead of him, I'm looking at you Torrey Smith and Stevie Johnson, but there is some risk to Jackson this year.

Fellow Buccaneer Mike Williams is ranked as the No. 43 wide receiver, which makes him worthy of a flex or bench spot, depending on how deep your league is, but he's certainly not somebody who should be counted on for a big role on your fantasy team in 2012.

Florida pro quarterbacks Josh Freeman, Blaine Gabbert and Matt Moore all rank in the bottom half of FakeTeams.com's fantasy quarterback rankings for the 2012 season.

The guys over at FakeTeams.com released their quarterback rankings for the 2012 fantasy football season, and the top choices are fairly obvious--Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, and youngsters Matt Stafford and Cam Newton.

They're not as optimistic about the signal-callers for Florida pro teams. Josh Freeman of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ranks sixteenth overall after a 2011 season in which he threw just 16 touchdown passes and an unsettling 22 interceptions. Playing for a bottom-feeder with few offensive weapons does not help a quarterback's numbers, but the Kansas State product threw just six picks in 2010.

It's hard to say whether Freeman will always throw a good number of interceptions in the NFL--he threw 18 in his rookie year--but the addition of former Boise State running back Doug Martin in the 2012 NFL Draft can't hurt. Expect a solid bounce-back year for Freeman. He may never play at an elite level, but the potential is there for 25-plus touchdowns and a decent rushing total.

Meanwhile, the Jacksonville Jaguars' Blaine Gabbert looked miserable at times during his rookie season in completing just under 51 percent of his passes, and that's why he ranks third-from-last among 32 quarterbacks in the rankings. Most worrisome was his weak pocket presence; He shrunk under any sort of pass rush and could not stand tall and deliver the sort of throws expected of an NFL starting quarterback. Part of that may have to do with his experience out of the spread at the University of Missouri, but Gabbert needs to show command of the huddle and of the pocket to have any success at the professional level.

Matt Moore of the Miami Dolphins, who ranks next-to-last in FakeTeams.com's rankings, should be a last resort for fantasy owners, for several reasons. For one, he's not much more than a spot starter or solid No. 2 for any NFL franchise, not to mention that he has a first-round pick in Ryan Tannehill breathing down his neck. Now that Tannehill is in camp and learning the system, it's only a matter of time before he's taking first-team snaps for Joe Philbin and the Dolphins.
