The South Florida Bulls lost a gut wrenching game to Cincinnati in Big East play. The Bulls led entering the fourth quarter 27-17 and looked like they were finally going to snap their losing streak. Cincinnati quarterback Zach Collaros had other plans however, as he led the Bearcats on a fourth quarter comeback scoring three touchdowns in the fourth quarter.
To open the fourth quarter, Collaros scored two touchdowns, one in the air and one on the ground to take a 30-27 lead over the Bulls. B.J. Daniels answered back with a touchdown pass to Andre Davis to take back the lead with 1:27 left on the game clock.
The Bearcats marched right down the football field on the back of quarterback Zach Collaros to score the go ahead touchdown with just 12 seconds left on the clock. Collaros connected on passes of 33 and 21 yards on the drive, capping it off with a 2-yard touchdown run by Collaros. He ended the day with 389 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns.
