The South Florida Bulls (3-0) take on the Old Dominion Monarchs (2-1) in the 3rd game of the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame Tip-off for both squads.
The Bulls are 3-0 for the first time since 2009 and will look to continue their strong run of form today against their old conference rivals in the Monarchs. ODU has had some injury issues as CAA Preseason Player of the Year Kent Bazemore has been limited so far this season as he recovers from offseason foot surgery. Bazemore only played 9 scoreless minutes against Howard, but he should be available for extended minutes today.
USF should receive some help depth wise as well as freshman PG Anthony Collins looks to make his USF debut today. Collins has impressed Stan Heath during fall camp with his defensive prowess, so expect to see him take some minutes from Blake Nash and LaVonte Dority today.
The winner of today's game will take on Kentucky at noon tomorrow while the loser will face Penn State at 2 PM.
