Michael Spurlock fumbled a kick off return and the Bucs defense could not keep the Bengals out of the end zone. A beautiful play fake by Palmer set up an easy pitch and catch to the TE in the back of the end zone. Cincinnatti would add a 2-pt conversion and now leads 21-14 in the 4th quarter.
